1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bizzclaw, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Bizzclaw provides an AI-powered business assistant that works through WhatsApp and may connect to services you authorize. Google Calendar and Gmail are two separate connections — you can grant either without the other. Depending on what you enable, Bizzclaw can read your schedule, check when you are free, create, move or cancel calendar events, and send an email on your behalf. Each of those actions is shown to you and runs only after you approve it. Bizzclaw cannot read, search or list the mail in your account.

3. Google Workspace Authorization

Google Workspace features are optional and require your authorization. You represent that you have the right to connect the selected Google account and to allow Bizzclaw to read the calendar information and send the email you ask it to send. Calendar and Gmail are authorized separately, and no email is ever sent without your explicit approval.

You may disconnect either integration at any time, or revoke access through your Google Account. If you revoke a permission required for a feature, that feature may stop working until you reconnect and grant the necessary permission.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

The accuracy and legality of the information you give Bizzclaw to work from.
Ensuring your use of the service complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and policies.
Complying with Google's applicable terms and policies when using Google Workspace features.
Providing any notices and obtaining any consents required before Bizzclaw emails or invites another person on your behalf.
Reviewing each proposed action before approving it, and before relying on it for consequential business decisions.
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.

5. AI-Generated Output

AI-generated recommendations, task details, messages, and other output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for reviewing output before acting on it, especially when it affects another person or an important decision. Bizzclaw does not guarantee that every generated output will be error-free.

6. Intellectual Property

Bizzclaw and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bizzclaw and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bizzclaw be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service, and any service or material we provide via the service, in our sole discretion without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bizzclaw operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
