1. Information We Collect

At Bizzclaw, we collect information necessary to provide our AI-powered WhatsApp assistant services. This includes:

  • Contact information (email address) when you join our waitlist.
  • Business data and files you upload to train your AI assistant.
  • Communication data between the AI assistant and your customers on WhatsApp.
  • Google account information and OAuth permissions when you choose to connect Google Workspace.
  • Calendar event details on your primary calendar — titles, times, descriptions and attendees — read to answer what you asked.
  • Availability windows, when you ask when you or someone else is free.
  • The content of an email you ask Bizzclaw to send, and the address you ask it to send to. Bizzclaw has no ability to read, search or list the mail already in your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Bizzclaw service.
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Send you updates about our service and waitlist status.
  • Answer questions about your schedule, and create, move or cancel calendar events when you ask.
  • Send an email on your behalf, after you have seen it and approved it.
  • Remember what you have told us about your business, so you do not have to repeat it. This context stays with your account — it is never used to train or improve any AI model.

3. Google Workspace Data

Connecting Google is optional, and Calendar and Gmail are two separate connections — you can grant either without the other. Bizzclaw requests the narrowest scopes that support the features you ask for, and nothing beyond them:

  • calendar.events — read the events on your primary calendar, and create, move, update or cancel an event when you ask for it. Bizzclaw does not access your calendar list, calendar settings, sharing or permissions, and does not access any calendar other than your primary one.
  • calendar.freebusy — check when you, or someone you name, are free.
  • gmail.send — send an email you have asked for and approved. This is the narrowest scope that can send mail. Bizzclaw cannot read, search, list, label, archive or draft your mail, and there is no feature that attempts to.
  • openid and userinfo.email — identify the account you signed in with.

Every action that writes data — creating, changing or cancelling an event, and sending any email — is shown to you in full and runs only after you explicitly approve it.

Limited Use. Bizzclaw's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs is never used, transferred or sold to create, train or improve any generalized or foundational artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model, whether ours or a third party's. Bizzclaw does not use Google Workspace data for advertising and does not sell it. It is used only to provide the features you request.

4. Storage and Retention

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are decrypted only in memory, at the moment a request to Google is made. Google Workspace content is read to answer the request in front of it and is not copied into a separate long-term store. Derived business records — such as event references, reminders, notes and delivery history — are retained while needed to provide the service or until you ask us to delete them, subject to legal obligations. Disconnecting Google revokes our access immediately.

5. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell your personal information or Google Workspace data. We may share data with service providers that process it on our behalf to operate Bizzclaw, such as hosting, communications, and AI-processing providers. These providers may access data only as necessary to perform services for us and are subject to contractual and confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Bizzclaw, our users, or others.

6. Your Controls and Choices

You can decline to connect Google and continue using the features that do not need it, and you can connect Calendar without Gmail or the reverse. You can disconnect either one from inside Bizzclaw at any time, and you can revoke our access from your Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting stops all future access immediately; you may contact us to request deletion of any retained Google-derived data.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-Party Services

Bizzclaw integrates with Google Workspace and with WhatsApp (owned by Meta). AI processing runs on Amazon Bedrock (AWS, us-east-1), using Anthropic Claude as the underlying model. Bedrock is the only service that receives Google Workspace content, and it receives it solely to answer the request you made. AWS states that model providers have no access to Bedrock logs or to customer prompts and completions, and that content is not shared with model providers; AWS does not use it to train models. We do not fine-tune, customise or otherwise train any model on your data.

Two further providers never receive Google Workspace data. Groq transcribes WhatsApp voice notes you send — it receives only that audio. Higgsfield generates images or video when you ask for them, and receives only the prompt for that request.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact us.
